The heart of our menu. Seasonal plates combining local produce with robata grill, fermentation, and global techniques. The menu changes based on what we find at the market.

Simple, comforting endings. Textures, chocolate, and unexpected touches.
Natural Wines
Natural, organic, and biodynamic wines. Mostly small Catalan and peninsular producers, with occasional French and Austrian references. Sparkling, orange, rosé, white, and red.
